Those straight up sides look like rough concrete but feel so very fragile. Love the little rocks embedded in the sides. Gorgeous! Love that you take so much time to show it. I've missed seeing your vids lately.

Those rock formations were pretty cool. I've never seen any like that. Another easy thing to fix with your meal is to take the little applesauce cups. Whenever I have pork chops, I always dip them in applesauce. :-)

Those amazing stars in your pics at the end. I think the last time I saw that many stars in the sky I was around 10 years old. So its been 50 years since I have seen them. I watched a video with Bob Wells and Randy Vinig and Bob said he thinks the reason feel so disconnected is because they have lost touch with nature. I think he is right. I think that is why I feel so blah and uninspired most days. I realize the only times I feel real joy and a sense of wonder is when I am out in natire looking at the sky or seeing a beautiful vista. Bex I envy you. You are out living my dream (minus the hiking slots as I am claustrophobic). Thanks for sharing your life and adventures with the rest of us.

Cathedral Gorge State Park seemed like a quiet place for camping. Slot Canyon isn't for the clastaphobic. What a neat place that was. I'm glad you left your headlamp behind. The pork chops & mashed potatoes looked delicious. I just had loaded mashed potatoes with a sprinkle of cheese, & crumbled bacon. So very good to see you Bex. Hope you've been doing well? Great hike/ video. I would like to do that one some time. Gotta love those skot canyons! Now here is the Mr. Safety coming out: Slap! I think you should hike with another person on some of these hikes just in case of any issues. . You might also have been challenged to go further or go I to the cave (good or bad) Miss you😀
