New power soul was genuinely a good album die hard prince fans know the truth:) it also contains the hidden track that's definitely a gem. the 90's saw so many different genres on mainstream radio some of his best material missed the spotlight it deserved. we love u prince "leave the bootlegs as is"

My brother bought this album as a die hard fan I just thought this was such a fun album.. This song felt like an Undead anthem to me. Nothing but the undead, ghosts etc, just partying up on the street as a parade runs through the and they're all just chanting 'Freaks on this side, da freaks on this side..

Maybe he was warning and giving us clues by his appearances , words, and actions...and the object in his hand!....I like the song but, not the visual!😞 I do not want to remember him that way....but, maybe he was going that way slowly but, surely.....I hope I am wrong....but, this picture of him does not sit well with me and this comment or opinion does not take anything away from his creative talents and gifts! 😔 In the end, I have to accept Prince for who he is, was, and who he was becoming...that is genuine love!
