You have probably heard this one, but nonetheless here goes: After Bear Bryant dies and enters the Pearly Gates, God takes him on a tour. He shows Bear a little two-bedroom house with a faded Alabama banner hanging from the front porch. "This is your house, coach," God says happily."Most people don't get their own houses up here." Bear looks at the house, then turns around and looks at the one sitting on top of the hill. It's a huge, beautiful two-story mansion with white marble columns and little patios under all the windows. Tennessee flags line both sides of the sidewalk and a huge UT banner hangs between the marble columns. "Thanks for the house, God," Bear says. "But let me ask you a question. I get this little two-bedroom house with a faded banner and General Neyland gets a mansion with Tennessee banners and UT flags flying all over the place. Why is that?" God looks at him seriously for a moment, then says, "Bear, that's not the General's house. That's mine." So maybe your dad was there in that mansion, and talked about the win with General Neyland, God, and I’m sure Pat Summit and Johnny Majors were there too.

Actually if TN can beat GA and BAMA wins out as well, the GREATEST MATCHUP will be the SEC Championship game. ROUND 2 .. Just like BAMA LSU in the past. LSU got past the 50 yard line one time in the entire game and then got called back for a penalty. CAN'T WAIT. This game BAMA got behind 18 points, had 17 penalities and went ahead of TN in the 4th quarter. TN defense couldn't stop BAMA from putting up 49 points, TN offense couldn't score enough to keep BAMA from catching up. I predict GA will destroy TN but I hope not.

And lots of bama fans say the refs cheated and those 17 penalties were because the refs pulled for Tennessee. If they made any bad calls at all don't worry because Tennessee has been on the recieving end of those bad calls for years and plenty more to go with it . Tennessee even lost games over the years that they won, twice Tennessee won the game the bottom of the TV screen even said final score and they bring Tennessee back on the field after vols celebrate and call a penalty and somehow vols lose we got a final score for the 2nd time of the game 2010 or 2011 Derek Dooley was coach against lsu and then north Carolina after final score vols win they bring both teams back out just for us to lose so yeah we been on that hell train for years and fans stayed right there with it the whole time Tennessee Alabama crowd reached 125 decibels at neyland stadium

That game was definitely a thriller and had so many big plays. I'm not a fan of either team, but it was a great game, and I watched the replay because I love the sport in general. Both quarterbacks were brilliant, and Hyatt is a special player. What surprised me when watching this game was how well Tennessee was able to run the ball. This made their downfield passing game even harder to stop and reduced the impact of Bama's pass rushers (though even in more obvious passing situations their line did better than I expected). Josh Heupel deserves credit for getting his team to believe after they had come up short in so many big games over a decade and a half. I love great college football games like this.

I was at the TN/Bama game in 1990. With just a few seconds left on the clock. The Bama kicker made like a 63 yrd field goal to win the game. I saw a woman who looked to be in her late 80’s maybe 90 years old pick up a trash can and throw it. I’ve never seen such frustration. Just remember that Bama gets just about any recruit they want year in and year out. The truth of this game is that Tennessee wanted it more. This Tennessee team is NOT a bunch of 5 star players. Tennessee out played, out coached and out classed Bama in this game.

But every time they tried to give the game away, Alabama would give it right back to them. The Vols got lucky. Sooner or later their luck will run out. Hendon is a beast, the defense needs to start helping him more. Right now, the defense is garbage Hendon definitely deserves to be in the Heisman talk.
