Sounds less like it was blockbuster and more like it was the town itself. After all this all took place in the same town. If it's because it's the same town and not because of the company then something else would happen even though the blockbuster was shut down so shutting down blockbuster wouldn't help

@@FreakyAttractions I'm not sure what His Name is but The main Person in charge of Blockbuster was offered to buy up Netflix and foolishly said no so that is 1 of The many reasons why Blockbuster sadly went out of business
