The way she phrased “He lost his virginity to his mother” lady no! Word it correctly; “He was abused and raped by his mother.” Let’s not sugarcoat it the immorality that both of them were raped by the people who were supposed to love and protect them. But the fact that in Rose’s case it’s rape and Fred’s is simply a “he lost his virginity” is absolutely disgusting.

no true parent could! being a parent means you love, teach, give advise and raise a child, just because you share dna doesn't make someone a parent. rose and Fred WERE NEVER parents but they were ALWAYS messed up monsters. a real parent would willingly die to keep their child from any kind of pain, what these two did was sick asf

Those I meet who don´t abuse don´t have the emotional make up for it and generally have always had another adult around - a relative or a teacher, a friend- who showed them that there were other choices to make. such things limit one´s choices, but there are always choices. Those who do , well, have a piece of the need to control and dominate in them, and a reason to choose wrong.

I read a book about this case and finished it tonight it’s what brought me to these documentaries I wanted to watch them after the book was finished. But in the book it seemed like there was a lot of child abuse, molestation in incest in England in that day in age . I just hope it’s not as bad today as it was back then. Absolutely terrible. The poor children :( I can’t even imagine as a mother . It’s clear that rose was involved just as much as Fred and in the book it states that the author believes rose was the one killing the girls and that Fred was raping them more so killing them . They killed two of their own children and it boggles my mind that the alarm wasn’t raised when two of one families children went missing . Shame on the British authorities and courts for letting this happen. If they were locked up on their first charges of rape , maybe this could of been prevented . So many young lives lost to such horrible and unnecessary murder. The poor babies of the two women didn’t stand a chance . How can you cut a fuckin baby from the mother ??? Just absolutely terrible one of the worst cases I’ve read and I’m from America home of the serial killers . Shame on Britain for this one ! The judges have blood on their hands

I'm honestly surprised that the wife in this case received any prison time, when so many wives tend to always only get a slap on the wrist when their husbands commit terrible crimes such as these. They always claim they don't know what their husbands were doing, even when said husbands perform horrible things right in front of them for years. Also, what the fuck was up with that "Fred lost his virginity to his mother" part? "Losing it" implies consent, but he was frigging raped! If you allow yourself to use the word "rape" with Rose "losing her virginity" to her father, then you should also use the same word with Fred and his mother. Rapists can be both men and women - or heck, neither, as in non-binary.
@oliviahernandez9777
@oliviahernandez9777 2 жыл бұрын
"so many wives tend to only get a slap on the wrist" this is statistically VERY untrue and usually the opposite is true. women are more likely to get convicted when their husbands are accused of felonies (especially drug/gang related felonies, which is the bulk of felonies) then a 'slap on the wrist'; there are some really well known true crime cases where some women get away with their crimes but this is not the majority. keep in mind these stories are rare, and in reality women are over-convicted as accomplices. this mythology of women getting off easier simply because they are women is a lie perpetuated very intentionally but it is not true. please do research before making such a bold claim. misogyny exists in all spheres of public life, especially criminal convictions. this is especially true for women who are non-white, gender non-conforming, LGBT, immigrant, impoverished, disabled, addicts, have previous offenses, or mentally ill.

i'm extremely not interested in continuing any kinda conversation with you no disrespect truly but i just gotta say what on earth is this comment suggesting like.. of course intersections of identity exist and produce nuanced experiences? that list of identifiers you quoted of me interact with womanhood to create a gendered experience. a lesbian woman might experience discrimination for betraying gender roles (women have sex with men) by also being lgbt; in this way the woman is not facing discrimination for just being a woman or just being LGBT, but the layered experience of having both identities and what that means. this is also true of men. men can experience gendered forms of racism, such as labels of aggressive sexuality in black men that sometimes insinuate sexual predatory behavior specific to black men. these ideas lead to the mythology that black men are more likely to be rapists than other races of men. this is an experience of oppression on the axis of race and gender. the exact same is true of women. idk this just seems very obvious and intuitive to understand so your comment is just baffling ahaha also indicative of such black and white thinking

So sad, so many innocent lives taken. What strikes me in this case is the sexual abuse that these two killers suffered through as children ( not excusing their crimes ) . It just makes me wonder if the evil they were was created or all ready inside them. Every one processes life experiences different as most child sexual abuse victims don't go on to become evil but it really does something to them. The world needs to understand this and punish these predators harshley as they often do more damage than if they had just murdered them. Sexual crimes against children should punished with life imprisonment.

It’s sad that the serial killer’s parent failed them instead of being protection for their kids they are the reason their kids normalized this actions and became who they became. They truly lost all their humanity and innocence to their parents and became sadistic notorious killers. R.I.p to all their victims they deserved to live a long life.

@@mikemck4796 true but parents or those around them have a huge responsibility to teach a kid right from wrong and get them treatment if they need it but most serial killers had parents who were abusive, drunks, junkies and parents who didn’t care about them and made them go through hell or parents who don’t believe in mental health. Kids suck in all they see go around them they are not born blood thirsty kids are like sponges and suck in what they see around them. To kids who grew up in abusive household abuse is normal to them etc. Many serial killers could have been helped before they became who they became but their families and society drove them to a point where killing was their only way to feel happy or stress free. Some with mental illness will even black out and not remember what they have done killing to them becomes and addiction. We forget this people were once kids and they were put in horrible conditions with family who would glorify killings and shows children gore photos of deaths. Like no child should be put in a position where they have to see their parents beat each other’s or kill other people or abuse them or put their kids in the hands of abuse. No one is born blood thirsty that’s something that is taught and learned

@@mikemck4796 but yeah at some point they should know better but sadly most of this people who grow up in this conditions will become monsters and it’s sad to how horrible and emotionless some people can be. @@sammyj5369 I think it’s far more complicated than you’re giving credit. Killers are not simply people who haven’t been taught right from wrong. Virtually all serial killers are well aware killing is wrong. They’d be really easy to catch otherwise. Think of it this way. You have many desires that have been built over time. Some come as a result of your childhood while others were found later in life. You should be happy killing people wasn’t one of them.

@@positivevibes-relax-repair8902 Lovely wrapped package, however, more complicated then the simplistic layout you put forward. I never said they were incompetent, therefore, rendering them unfit for trial. I never said they were "excused" or as aforementioned incompetent that they did not know "right from wrong" however, if you believe a child enduring extreme sexual and physical abuses grow into "typical" personality traits then your lost in the woods. What I said was the psychological impact of such deviant and heinous abuses on a child impacts their psychological growth pattern rendering an inability to feel empathy towards others or develop healthy relationship patterns. To denounce this you are making a grievous and horrific statement on child abuse. To acknowledge it is what global movements to end this is striving for. You are aware Rose's father continued to see her until adult hood as a prostitute? you are aware in Fred's family there is confirmed acts of bestiality's? you have any educational background even on a remedial humanistic level of the impact this has on human development? very basic course on psychology/criminology? The mind is still and will always be unchartered in terms of navigating the effects: how some survive why some offend....some being majority of those that commit these heinous acts. Did they know right from wrong? Yes and no...did this legally excuse them? absolutely not. On a sociological/criminologist position what can we learn? Much....but first one must acknowledge there was a beginning so horrific and unimaginable that constructs the path. Do you always go on defense opposed to considering solutions or open doors to understand? your commentary shouts it as you apparently had difficulty comprehending my statement.

No it really isn't. People in government are just like everyone else. Pick a profession or group of people and you can start listing psychos who were in the group or profession. Some professiona like government are more public so you hear about it. These people are doctors and nurses who you wouldn't suspect and they are cops and military who people are more likely to suspect. It doesn't really matter these people can end up anywhere. They could be your neighbors.

Yes, there is something wrong with them psyhologicly, but you cannot tell me that when you feel pleasure hurting a child, a woman, raping her, killing her was done in madness. No, when you hide something you did and put on an act, you are and were sane enough to tell right from wrong, I'm so tired of people doing stuff like this, being looked at as victims, they were old enough to go seek help when they grew up, they could of done something, anything..I just can't, thats my opinion at the end of the day, don't mean to argue.
