You are correct Dan. The STATE ought to get behind bringing an appropriate museum for Fred and his legacy, IN GRAYLING, where it all began!

Fred trost, Bob Garner, Mort Neff and Fred Bear! Michigan Legends. What a cool guy that Mr. Bear. We as MI hunters should celebrate, and take more pride in the Father of modern Archery... I don't know, Maybe a nice museum in Grayling, where it all started...Just sayin. Thanks for such a cool rare vid Zach!

He's a legend and I always enjoyed going to the Fred Museum when I was younger. Makes me feel young again to listen to this video and remember the good times of being younger. Keep posting more on him please!

I was a 10 year old girl when I met the man. He was the only one that didn't laugh at me when I said I wanted to hunt deer when I "grew up". That was a big deal in 1963.

no trail cam, no naming each deer, no rangefinder, no lighted pins, no front & rear sight, no cams or wheels, no 90 % let off , no pop open cutting tip on plastic projectile with lighted nock, archery was real back then!
