I have no idea why I'm binge watching Freddie Foreman ! As a 72yr old grandma this is not something that interests me . I'm fascinated by the history and culture of those days but never thought about the human side of the people involved in quite serious crimes . Good on you Fred for turning your life around and you are rightly proud of your children and grandchildren . They must have a wonderful mother .🇬🇧🇨🇮💕

Only Fred and Eddie Richardson left from this golden era of uk crime. Both not to be messed with, feared, respected and game as fuk. Bet Freds got more tales if his comings and goings rather than just the Kray stuff. Get him a podcast going and lets get a daily story of this Living Legend. Long Live Freddie Foreman, extraordinary Geezer

I have met Freddie Forman at least 4 times,I am not a gangster dont want to be and to be truthful most of them I find to be bullies. However Fred is charming polite and a good conversationalist,I believe he could be put in any company and hold his own.I know he is held in very high regard amongst that fraternity. He has a natural presence when you talk to him but look in them eyes and you would not want to upset him.He is the real deal and would take anyone the distance if he had to.And I believe he would rather have a chat first put the ball in the oppositions court,if they decide not to play ball on there head be it.I think hes fussy who he has around him and has had incredible highs and lows,I think many would like to be like him but only a few come up to his level. He is total old school interesting to listen to and has nothing to prove,THE Krays would have been very comfortable with Fred on there side. And they would have been very warry of Fred.Cheers Paul

Fred is about the only ever person that knew what to do back in the day!! Very very clever dude known as brown bread Fred he saved a lot of people back then from going to prison and all other gangland heavy stuff)) He is definitely one of my hardest and baddest underworld figures )) It would be a honour to meet him and go for a pint or ten !! He was a real villain who done all his own stuff by himself never needed anything from anyone// The krays came to Fred for advice etc etc etc)) They tried to use Fred until he put a stop to the shit they were causeing around Fred )) God bless ya Fred aka brown bread
