Freddie foreman was the real deal a man of morals and respect he was a proper london gangster who you didn't fuck about with. He lived a life of criminal activity he was a real villain who committed some serious robberies he was a very smart man who had plenty of bottle be was as game as they come the Krays used him to deal with any problems they need3d sorting out because he got the job done and could be trusted he would never in a million years grass or give the law information when he got his collar felt he got on with it like a man and did his time like a man without any complaints men like foreman are a dying breed his kind won't come around again I wish him a long life and happiness I have huge admiration for him as a man and as a major criminal long live brown bread fred

Foreman never comes off as a thug. There’s a certain dignity and class about him and he way he conducts his conversation. I like the fact he never glamourises the underworld and is very honest about the harsh reality of it. Until your are walking in another mans shows you should never judge him. I also like that he doesn’t try to “act tough” which is normally a sure fire sign that he indeed is. I bet there’s many a story that have never been told too.x

For him to have came out of his lifestyle alive after being in that life for so long shows alot of street smarts, and right place right time, and some luck. The difference between this guy and the krays etc compared to the silly little urchins that like to call themselves gangsters these days is that you, as a 'normal' person could leave your front door open when you went out and they wouldnt go near, they still had respect for the average person just trying to get by, and the elderly and disabled, any naughty stuff was kept within their world. i mean, a few things might have 'fallen out of a factory window' but that was it. these days the yobbos will go after anything and anyone they can get their hands on.

@@michaelharrison3602 Since i made that comment ive actually been made aware of one or two things my Dad got up to in his teenage years in the 60's before he met my Mum, apparantly he was a look out when certain people were snooping round places they shouldnt be, & liked to go around breaking car aerials etc, ironically he grew up to own his own aerial installation business and then got into car sales lol. i know it wasnt all sweetness and light then but it was more rare from what ive heard than it is now. having said that my family have only been victim to something once, and that was in the 80's, Mum got her MG Metro nicked. And were in Oldham! right on the border with Manchester, if youre looking for a place with a bad rep thats it lol.

Interesting that Freddie admitted after the 2 killings that Freddie and two other enforcers, that they decided that Ronnie and Reggie had to go. I didn’t like the fact that Ronnie and Reggie put one of the body’s outside of Freddie’s nightclub because they knew that one of them had trouble in public with Freddie. Freddie didn’t deserve that and both twins took a liberty. Not admitting to the murders when they were fucked anyway cost 9 of the firm 10 years of their life. Freddie was fearless and twins knew it. I think Freddie would’ve killed them both anyway.
