Absolutely phenomenal duet, Freddie and Michael respected each other, Michael was a fan of the band Queen he has been known to attend a live Queen concert,When Michael and Freddie did manage to collaborate in a studio you had magic between two greats , Eventually Freddie was asked why you not working together anymore, Freddie replied Jackson keeps bringing his pet Lamar into the studio, great reaction thanks 🙏

This one, written by Freddie Mercury and both he and Michael individually recorded. Then their schedules interfered with the collaboration being finalised. Finally both organizations agreed on this. Yes it's powerful.

​@wavyboyz Yes, Freddie and MJ recorded this originally. But MJ wanted this on his album. Freddie could not finish it as he was in Munich recording his album. So MJ asked permission that could Mick do it instead. Freddie gave MJ his blessing.

This duet was never completed at the time of recording, but Freddie Mercury ended up including the finished version of the song - minus Michael - on his first solo album: Mr. Bad Guy (kzbin.info/www/bejne/o5iuhKlmnLCShKM). Years later, the remaining members of the band included the instruments of May, Taylor and Deacon, with mixing by William Orbit, and released a Queen + Michael Jackson version on the compilation Forever (www.youtube.com/watch?v =ZZjCrkTLj_0). The audio of this latest version is much better than the one you just heard.
