Nunca pensé que esta increíble canción y una experiencia tan personal de Freddie no fuese un canción suya, pero después me enteré que no era una composición propia, algo que me dejó demasiado sorprendido, y aunque esta canción refleja todo lo que fue en su vida propia, me parece tan extraña y tan nostálgica que la haya cantado, siendo un tipo tan lleno de vida y tan lleno de tantos deseos de vivir.

Actually, you can hear a little piece of this song at the end of the song Mother Love, and this voice sounds like the original.

@cuc321 But in the original mix they piched freddie's voice. The only thing I did was put his voice in real tone. Freddie never sang "Going Back" and "I Can Hear Music" in the tone that appears in the single released in 73, where Freddie used the pseudonym Larry Lurex. His voice was clearly changed in the mix. Some said that the voice of Freddie Young was at that style, but Freddie recorded these tracks in late 72. And in this time his voice tone was the same as is in the first Queen album

That was his real voice, Freddie’s voice was just higher then, you can hear a home recording of his previous band, the wreckage performing green, his voice is pretty high pitched, but that’s how it was

@chaterp Es la misma, pero la versión "Larry Lurex" tuvo el tono aumentado en la grabación. Lo que hizo esta persona fue intentar aproximar la grabación a la voz real, bajándole el tono a la canción que muchos de nosotros conocemos. Y comparándola a la voz de Freddie en Queen y Queen II, es muy parecido realmente. Aunque haya pasado un año, a ver si recibes esta respuesta. Un saludo.

I don't think it's their decision to make. They would have included John in everything up to this point if he wanted to. John made his own decision. I kind of respect it since I'm not really fond of some of the things Roger and Brian are doing with Queen. I do like the Queen Extravaganza project though :).

The first line was featured at the end of Mother Love.this was recorded in 1972 and Mother Love was recorded a few months before Freddie sadly passed in 1991
