I haven't trained the whole way through which is a shame for myself, but I came here to send on to a whatsapp group of colleagues who all meet weekly to do some fun sparring. I've actually quoted Freddie a lot more than I realised over the years and now I know exactly where a lot of it comes from!

I'm not even going to read the comments of the people who are being negative about this video but I will ask a question. I want to know what any of you have achieved as a boxer or trainer. Let me answer that for you, you all pale in comparison to Freddy Roach.
@cquilty15 жыл бұрын
freemoable Roach has a mediocre pro boxing record and his coaching record is not exactly elite. Just because people point this out/have an opinion on it, it doesn't mean they're not entitled to this opinion or have to be pro boxers or boxing coaches. Your so-called 'logic' is laughable bullshit.

@jorellr21: Good luck with what?!!! Also I was making reference to one punch when I was talking about Manny and Hatton. That punch was a hook that he landed earlier in the fight. I wasn't talking about four or five punches. I was making a point that Manny throws his hook "wide", thats all I was saying in that regard. Personally, I think that Manny's on something also. Manny was plastered by JMM and EM at the lighterweight class and this is why I say that he's on something. My opinion only.
