This is one of the machines I desperately hope to own one day. When I was a kid, I had a dream about a Freddy pinball machine (my mom used to work in a bar and I’d play their machines etc, so had a fondness for them at a young age as well as horror movies), and one weekend my mom and I stayed in a hotel. As we were leaving the hotel, I found a “arcade” room that had two machines.. some racing one- and THIS machine. I thought I was psychic 😂 But I played it and was SO in awe. I’ve never forgotten that memory and I’m now almost 36. I always am looking for this machine every time I find pinball machines in establishments.

19:06 ball jams in door and it throws the alignment out on the door. Notice the door doesn't close as much after this happens. Mine did the same exact thing. I had to loosen the arm that raises the door and readjust it to get the door to close all the way. They should of designed a clutch for the door to keep it from throwing the adjustment out

I couldn't do it, I would never part out a game this cool. Plus I have a soft spot for Gottliebs that everybody else says suck. This was one of my favorite games I worked on. Very satisfying to fix it up. thank you for watching it Bill, hope you enjoyed it!

Wow this was a labour of love. You have done a great restoration but you must have a ton of hours in this project. I am glad you did, I hate seeing games getting parted-out because it would take too long to restore. Lovely job, you should be well proud

Great series and you did an amazing job! I wouldn’t of minded seeing more LED’s added to it. Maybe using some of the flame bulbs comet puts out. Great job though.

Sometimes I think multi-ball is a hinderance rather than a bonus. You can't take time to make shots when you're trying to keep the balls in play.

Hi Joe I have a Bally Amigo pinball machine it won't subtraty the credits when you press the credit button where do I look for the problem . t button

So does it start the game when you press the credit button, or does it just not do anything?

It starts the game adds games but won't subtract the games when you start a new game or when you add players. One of the plug ins the back box broke off on I solder a wire from the plug to the plug in I don't think it has anything to do with it because it adds games what subtract them still.

Somebody probably rigged it up to do that, so it'd be on freeplay. If you look at the credit wheel in the back there's 1 coil that moves it forward another that moves it backwards, and there are some springs that hold everything in place. What they do a lot of times is they'll take that spring off so the subtract coil doesn't do anything when it pulls in...

@@LyonsArcade springs are in place it was working but it just stopped. It will give you a game when you beat high score but won't subtract the games when you start a new game that's the problem I'm having I ordered schematics for it waiting for them to come in . Could it be in the score moter

After you get the schematics in if you can't track it down I'll see if I can figure it out, I believe that circuit is really simple though and like you said since it WAS working it's got to be something minor, one dirty switch somewhere.

Hi Joe still haven't figured why it won't decrement the games also the ball in play lights 4- 5 won't light up I cleaned the game over switch but still don't light up balls 1,2,3 light up 4,5 won't this game is pissing me off. I did fix the coin unit the cog wheel was so dam tight it wouldn't move I tried lubricants which I knew wasn't a good idea it didn't work anyway, so I took 120 grit sand paper, and 400 grit and sanded it till it finally was able to move freely . I was wondering if the coin unit switch has anything to do with the credit unit to not decrement the games. I don't understand the schedmics on the score motor doesn't make sense to me . If you have an idea where I can locate the problem I could use your advice.

Usually the lights off play works great in your videos but this one was a bit too dark to see what was going on. Couldn't see Freddy, claw or pretty much anything. Fun series anyway thanks.

Nobody ever really likes the gameplay videos, you can skip those when you watch a series, I get most of my complaints on the gameplay videos. It's too dark, i'm not any good, the table's crooked, I messed this up, I can't believe you're leaving it like that and not fixing a/b/c, there's a lightbulb out over there, the sound buzzing would drive me crazy, blah blah blah. I really don't like filming gameplay videos, people always complain and aren't happy with them no matter what I do.
