Looks like fun Joe. The metal rails I would soak or use 0000 steal wool on them to remove the rust and have them Nickle plated or re-chromed. I agree the rest of it looks pretty good. It looks better than some of the aircraft test sets I fix from time to time. I'm sure you guys will do a great job, you always do. Thanks for sharing and I look fwd to seeing the next video. We cleaned it all up it looks really nice now but if you had it in your house you probably could have left it and just made it part of the atmosphere :)

I recall people would say Gottlieb used the cheap Japanese steel. Pitted and rusted easily. Nice bg music!!

Yeah there's definitely something to that. In general though the cabinet is built much better than the Williams ones of the era. they cheaped out on some stuff, but did other stuff much better.

I would keep the condition, just fix the broken parts and put a new glass on it. Rusty rails and dusty playfield... Just like in a really bad, bad dream :)
