I love that laser disc! The gorgeous original artwork really pops on it. Nightmare 2 is my favorite too! I’ll tell ya, when I was little, I was so great full that I didn’t ride the school bus after seeing this film. I remember being so pumped when Freddy revealed himself to all of those kids at the pool party.

Freddy's Revenge Is awesome and It's my 2nd favorite in the franchise after the original. This Is easily the darkest and scariest version of Freddy. I love the opening with the school bus, and I love the pool party scene.

It’s my second favorite in the franchise as well. Great job man and ty for the content Christian! Also, we get Army of Darkness and Creepshow! Holy smokes ty again. Those are two of my favorite movies ever. I loved Creepshow ever since I watched it with my family back as a kid. Awesome and ty lots man!

Amazing collection of NOES 2! I have the second DVD you showed in the slideshow. It is the Combo Widescreen/Full-Screen Versions of NOES 1 & 2, but NOES 1 actually has the 1996 Laserdisc Commentary too.

I always hated the Video treasures releases. Even back in the day I had to buy the real Media versions of the VHS tapes. They were heavier, thicker, in surround, and duplicated in high quality SP mode. All Media went to cheap Video treasures after the 90s hit. It was sad hahahah

Another good video on a nightmare on elm street films and part 2 is a underrated nightmare on elm street film and part 2 is not as good as part 3 but still a pretty good sequel and I remember renting part 2 on VHS back in 1986 and I also bought a nightmare on elm street 2 through 5 on VHS in 1991 and again like how you go into details in your videos about the films you talk about and all the different releases the films has gotten and keep the videos coming

I've got both the Video Treasures and the Media vhs releases. I think it'd be cool if the Elm Streets ever get a proper release that they use the poster art on one side and the vhs art on the reverse cover.

7:05 and 7:15 are both Australian. The baby blue one is my favourite and is the ex rental cover. The one you showed is a more rarer variant, as the Logo is color coded and my ones aren't . The yellow and white rating system is foreign...not sure where from, but definitely not from Australia where the tape originated from. 7:15 is a sell through version.

I had the VHS Freddy's Revenge with the flames but I bought it used I can't remember if I got it at a video store or a flea market most of the Nightmare on Elm Street ones I had on VHS were used that I got at video stores and flea markets I did buy some VHS brand new at department stores also sadly I don't have a lot of that stuff anymore and I'm mad at myself for not keeping some of the collector ones I had really cool video Christian Freddy's Revenge is definitely a favorite of mine that laser disc was awesome

I had the first 5 NOES VHS tapes from Video Treasures, and they were all very bad quality. The original was on a 2-tape collector's set I believe. Then 2 & 3 and 4 & 5 were bundled together. All on LP speed tapes.

Yes. You got right the Portuguese/Brazil releases. I enjoy a lot Freddy's Revenge. I take it as it is portrayed in the movie and not the hay context/content that 'it has". Be it that they made it that way or that people take it as such. I do not becuase this is a Nightmare movie. Plain and simple. And I TRULY appreciate how come being the one least connected to the series was still canon by the fact that images from it appear in both Freddy's Dead and Freddy vs Jason. PS -Do a series of this topic for Hellraiser as well. -If you could, explain how Nancy's house ended becoming Freddy's. - Please, do videos as well on both NES games of Friday and Nightmare. I like them a lot and love their soundtrack . -
