It still makes me so happy that Spartan-II figures stand taller than Spartan-IV figures, they have NAILED scaling in this line. I am a sucker for consistent scaling. This line of Halo figures is really everything I had ever wanted since McFarlane dropped the ball with Halo 4 and 5 figures. Now if they could only start giving us playsets, that would make all of my childhood dreams come true.

It’s funny you say that, because in the lore (and in the game engines for sure) Spartan-IIs really are not notably taller on average than Spartan-IVs. They are very comparable, but many people seem to think IIs just tower over the IVs.

I'm genuinely surprised Fred-104 has an action figure and I love that the designers used his Halo: Shadows of Reach Gen 3 armor that showcased a bit of Fred's skillful utilization of knives much like Halo Reach's Emile and that's present in this set, nice touch

Love it! I just wish they used pins the same color as the blue of Fred. They made the knee joint pins green for series 1 chief to not stand out on his armor. Why not Fred? :/ definitely still gonna pick him up though as that's a small nitpick I can fix myself

When I saw that they were releasing a Fred figure, I thought it would be to scale with the Chief figure that is in the back, the much taller one with a reflective visor (I have that one, love it). Now that I know it is actually quite smaller, therefor less detailed n such, a lil disappointed. I love Blue Team but having to buy two separate lines of figures kinda sucks haha. Wish they kept it the same as the larger Master chief, woulda loved that. If they end up releasing Linda and Kelly then I will absolutely get all 4, including a new Chief

If you’ve found it yet, are the Chief figures in series 4 the same as 1 and 2? Wondering if it’s a new figure or not, or if it’s the same thing. And if they make Kelly and Linda figures, I’ll definitely be buying the rest of Blue Team.

They’re pretty much the same figure. Series 4 has two chiefs. The one with the grapple, and a shiny chief. Grapple chief is basically the exact same chief as series 1 -2. But with a little more weathering. Shiny Chief is the exact same, just shinier.

@@nostalgicadam can’t forgot the change in neck pegs and wrist articulation, the series 1 figures and better arm and neck articulation IMO the horizontal wrist joint allowed for better gun poses. Not too sure why they changed it to the vertical, it’s only useful if u need them on ladders but u don’t really need that.(the necks are better form series 1 because it was easier to customize/pop off)

Man, I stopped buying World of Halo because every single figure I’ve gotten besides the EVA and Mantis have had defects. I have a Master Chief whose leg is way too lose, 2 marines (one whose upper arm is glued to the figure, the other’s head and leg come off super easily), another blue spartan with the same issue as chief, a grunt whose arm just snapped off way too easily, and an ODST that fell apart as soon as it got out of the box. 😢 Spartan Collection is pretty good, though
