Definitely a Green River Builders community. I know their products. Home was definitely properly maintained. The room called a flex space is labeled that because they can be used for many purposes. Also, for the room in the basement to be considered a legal bedroom, there must be an egress containing a window or door, a closet and there must be a full bathroom in the room (an en suite) or nearby. Great tour as usual.

Beautiful home, beautiful neighborhood, it's apparent that thought was put into the home as that is the reason why I wonder why do folks move. Probably not my business, just wondered 😅 This home is 10 across the board I like the four sided brick , the blue walls in the FINISHED basement Primary suite is amazing ,would enjoy decorating although I wouldn't have office in bedroom. Would add bushes for privacy fence in backyard which is great , like the pool. Would add personal touch to backyard . Asking price is good. Also the stairs on the side instead of at the front door is better for me . Another beauty being saved to email for future references

I like the house, I’m not a fan of dark cabinets in the kitchen. All that blue in the basement would have to go to I hate when people leave non neutral colors when they move…close to a million they could’ve done a few more things but overall it’s a really nice house.
