I ❤️ ❤️ ❤️ ❤️ ❤️ this home! That dog or cat house no way, I would pull up all that carpet and turn that into a storage area. I personally don't like the pool tables, it would be in the shed outside. Thanks for giving me a shout out, and you were excellent slowing down that camera. My birthday is Sunday Oct 13th. God Bless me with 71 years on this earth. I'm still fighting cancer but I'm doing ok. As I told you, I will be moving back to the Westcoast where I was born. Keep up the good work and I will be checking on your Vlogs. I like this house. A lot of space. Built in bunk beds were nice. Kitchen was a little too sterile with all the white. I guess adding some pops of color would break that up some. I can't fathom being a slave to a house that expensive for 30 years😂. I kinda like the little doghouse area.

Nice large home, definitely well kept. An "en suite" is simply a full unshared bathroom in a bedroom. The wall trim in the dining room is called wainscotting.

Mr. Mitchell, I don't know where to begin. I'll start from the beginning, the exterior is perfection as I like four sided brick. The front entrance on the side I would definitely make into a office. I like the white colored door, the design. The kitchen is good, like the size of the island. Glad to see toilet away from sink in the bathroom. In my profession I have seen incident from when toilet is too close to sink. The shower is definitely fire 🔥 and I like soaking tubs , a must have in a home. Bunk bed would be removed although I like the bedroom . When I saw that walk in closet in the primary suite I was like 🎉😁😃🫡💃. I was doing my happy dance 💃 as I had to stand up and start dancing when I saw the closet . Exactly the type of closet I was going to put in a home so good to see that island is already there also would add ottoman. I honestly didn't think this home could get any better, until I saw the basement. Oh, my goodness, I had to stand back up and do my happy dance 💃. This time my coworker are know looking at me so I shared with them my excitement, which is the dog house in the basement. WOW just simply WOW. I have new glasses so I can see clearly that this home is amazing. Open my eyes to all the possibilities. The prior owner or designer is creative. After this post will text folks to share with them the dog house. The backyard has so many possibilities as the size is definitely adequate enough for the pool, koi pond, outdoor kitchen etc. Don't mind clearing the trees although not all because I like the serenity of trees. I think I mentioned before that I'm a hospice nurse, so after work I would appreciate going home to peace. This home is being saved as number one for future references ( working hard to arrive, hopefully soon) 🙏. The asking price is phenomenal don't know if can be any better. Since I'm looking for forever home, I would add elevator at some point as I continue to age ( hopefully 😅). Keep up the excellent work and continue with the luxury home tour videos. 😊

You definitely get more for your money in Conyers than in other areas. This house is just 5 years old and it seems like whoever built this house really had it custom designed. I wonder why they are selling this house so soon?

Oh NO!!! Way too much carpeting upstairs for my liking for a luxury home. It’s a gorgeous house, though. What’s up with the ugly ass dark green colored wall upstairs. Looks like someone smeared poop all over the wall. I’m surprised the kitchen cabinets weren’t soft closing.
