This is a big beautiful home. I have arches leading into my kitchen and I love them. I love the purple room as well. Happy holidays and I’m not sure what the crosses meant to the previous owner but I hope it has a spiritual connection. 🙏

Wow! Each home you show us is sensational. This one is massive and at an excellent price. I am similar to the Owners in that I like colors. The textured paint in the bathrooms is a nice touch. The fenced backyard is another plus. IMHO this home is perfect.❤ Wishing you continued health, wealth and happiness in the New Year 🎉

I liked the look of the house overall. Certain things I would change such as updates for the kitchen and bathrooms. It was hard to fully enjoy the house because of the mess left behind. For me, leaving a house dirty when attempting to sell screams you're not serious about selling. Also, it turns away potential buyers and lessens the original asking price. Maybe a redo after they clean up.

It’s a good price for the home as-is. It definitely needs new paint throughout, new carpet and some other updates. The master bedroom: I’d put the bed in the enclave since it’s so dark and put a chaise or small coach in the bedroom part. The black crosses, not sure but the previous owners may be super religious or spiritual. I am not currently in the market to buy a house but McDonough and this house would be one If be interested in. I call these McMansions.

Fred... I think you are doing a phenomenal job. We live in FL. And had considered moving to the Neighboring Atlanta area ( until the interest rate went sky high😢) . It's not quite off the table. We will definitely be giving you a call once we decide!

Excellent price for an all brick house that size. It would show better if it was repainted using a unified color. It looks the clerk in the paint department asked the customer what color they wanted from the brochure and the custmoer replied all of them.

Black crosses can mean allot of things, the passing of a love one, protection over there home. Google what black crosses mean, it could be positive or negative. The house was ok, but it wasn't for me. ❤Grandma Teresa
