Great house. Big respect to the architect and designer - everything looks super modern and comfortable. The view from all the windows is breathtaking. It seems to me that this smart house is smarter than me. I don't understand why there is a disco in the bathroom downstairs. 😉

I absolutely love it! Good mix of prairie house/ modern/ craftsman, etc. All the windows kept neat , focus on the views due to the shades. I also really enjoy the dark moody color palette, altho its crying for some feminine influence via pops of color, fresh cut flowers, textiles, some rounded shapes to contrast all the angular lines. Yin- Yang Finally the work out room, shop space and party bathroom. Great house! Thanks.

I thought the Master Bedroom looked too masculine. Most of the house does except a couple of rooms downstairs. I love gadgets; so the technology is interesting. I think you may want solar panels to help pay the electric bill.

Definitely a dream house I would love . I have one thing I don't care for is the glass front door . I know it can be tinted for not seeing inside the home . Then for me the house would be perfect. This house has my dream kitchen. The finishes inside are amazing. The shop in the garage makes my mouth water. The stone throughout the house gives it a wonderful vibe. And the lake views are spectacular. But 13 steps up to the front door makes the home inaccessible to people with ADA needs. This house is the perfect bachelor pad. But I’m not sure if it makes sense if he were to marry and have toddlers running around. This property is perfect for a lifelong home. But it isn’t at all friendly for aging bodies. It would be devastating to have to leave this home because the aging process makes it impossible to navigate. I really don’t like the thought of my neighbor having outdoor speakers to bring noise pollution to my property. It is nearly perfect for the young and fit. But not enough thought to living here as the decades pass by. Almost perfect.

Coming from a female perspective, this is not my ideal house. However, I do love the way the home takes advantage of views from every window. Even that front basement bedroom has a view of the bay. The best thing about this place is the location and lot. The dark, super-techy interior, while impressive, is not a space I could ever feel at home in. I wonder if this bachelor ever decides to marry, if his wife would want to re-do the entire home.

This is the BEST home I have ever seen that you toured. I am a techy person, so that fits perfectly. The one thing that has to go..antlers! And no tub in master is weird, who want tromp downstairs to get a bath??

Have to climb a long/tall flight of steps just to get into the house and once you're in, you have to walk up another flight of stairs just to get into the main part of the house. Pass.
