I love the house the only down fall I see is the back yard and also the bathroom down stairs the towel bar is right behind the door. Which is aimed for disaster especially if you have kids..

Mud room aka drop zone… shoes,book bags,umbrella,coats . My husband works construction he leaves his dirty clothes there so it’s not tracked in house. Snow boots up north stuff like that.

I love the black fireplace. Looks so elegant. The kitchen is nice with the built in wine rack. Too bad the kitchen doesn't have a gas stove. Gas stoves are so much better for cooking.

Great tour. Thanks! First thing wrong with the house for me is its in Lithonia.🤣 Second thing is windows are too small since there are so few of them. Other things I don't like are carpet, all small closets except one, bathrooms have nice fixtures and features but they seem too tight. So overall I would say it's just not the best use of space. Not a bad price for the location. I like your ideas for the backyard. I love that different take on the fireplace/chimney thing. The black & white is cool. In fact, everything "looks" good (sorta) but it just seems small and tight, imho. Obligatory "accent" remark: please put endings on your words. Makes it much easier to understand you. You're not just talking to yourself, y'know. But you can talk how you wanna talk of course. Great tour!

I live in downtown ATL so anything as far out as Lithonia (I know it's not that far) is like another country to me.🤣 I don't think you need to slow down. Just put the endings on the words. One time you said "Ha" and it took me a few listens to realize you were saying "house".😂 You prolly heard yourself saying "house" in your mind but it came out "ha".

Nice home although not for me because home doesn't all the bells and whistle that I look for. Do like the black throughout the home . No basement , covered deck or beck in general . Don't know anything about the area to speak on. Street seems busy , alot of traffic .Overall home is average 5 out of 10
