Awesome! I wish I was a pro guitarist so I could join the fun. I'm stuck at home in the 90s with my 6505, but that keeps me happy, I guess. Anyway... there aren't enough videos of Fredrik on KZbin, just noodling and playing Opeth riffs!!! Amazing and very cool guitar player!

It sounds great here. I've been lucky enough to see them live with their current Synergy rig and that sounded massive.

Sounds like a worthwhile update to an already great module. \m/

Here it is! I was at that very concert in Frankfurt and during the concert I kind of sensed, I thought "mmm, I can smell fresh updates here!" 😂 Opeth sound in studio and live has been so good since forever, but it keep improving 😮 Fredrik you are amazing 🤘🏻 Love you guys. Thanks synergy for creating this magical toys!

Opeth's new album comes out October 11th and they are growling again. Didn't have that on my 2024 bingo card. Honestly though, all their stuff is great. Great to see so many artists affirming I made the right decision in getting my Synergy rig. It's so incredibly flexible.

His opeth work is amazing. I also loved his guitar work on the last ghost album. So melodic and memorable.

Granted he is blasting away in a hall pre-gig, but dang nabbit it sounds friggin amazing!

When will Synergy do Hi-Watt DR103.

I remember back in 2005 when opeth were using the GH100L and sounded huge. Unfortunately many bands are falling for digital and sounding plastic.

It kills me that I never bought his signature model from PRS. They discontinued it and they are very hard to find now.

the idea of these amps is great, I used to have the old Randall modular amps, the problem with those is every module sounded WAY too similar, that’s one of the reasons I’ve shy’d away from the Synergy stuff
@SkooraАй бұрын
Most high gain amps will sound the same. There’s one or two standouts like a Recto or possibly VH4. You really get to change the sounds with speakers. The Synergy stuff would be well paired with either a midi capable IR loader or being extravagant, two different 4x12’s cabs (or four 1x12’s) with very different speakers and depending on switching, one cab is active over another. Would be nice to have a greenback, V30, Fane and Alnico of choice available for different presets.
