I think ASMR is more of a key-lock kind of thing, so to each their own, but, for me, you're definitely one of the best. Thank you.. when my sleep medication isn't effective, your videos help a lot. I'm thinking of going on an ASMR ''fasting'' (so it'll increase my sensitivity to asmr) and not watching/listening to any for a week, then quitting the medication and trying to go to sleep with just ASMR videos.
