free 110 chinese atv (full of water)

Күн бұрынgot this atv for free. i was going to spray brake cleaner in the carb and see if it popped off but before i did i checked the oil. the oil was milky. the oil capacity is half a quart it had about four times that because of water. watch as i clean the tank clean the carb and change the oil in this thing in an effort to make it run.
