I have been banging my head for years (and not in a good way) about the available time displays for Live. Thank you so much for this.--and I love that you dealt with some of the housekeeping matters (offset especially).

... and after 5 months of using it, every day I say little thank you for what is an amazingly well done tool that has helped my work enormously. If you ever plan to work on it further, one trivial improvement: It would be wonderful to be able to make the screen position "sticky"; I did say it was a trivial important but I've no idea how hard it would be to implement. Thank you again fo

Wonderful! Thank you for making it! Super helpful! Tiny note: If it would be possible to minimize and resize it to a smaller window (or smaller fonts) it would be sweet. Either way, thank you so much!

This is EXACTLY what I need. However, when I try to place it on a track (like the master) I get an error that reads: This device is not available in this version of Live. The version of Live I'm using is 11.3.11. Any ideas?? 🙏

Cool device. I thought it was going to do what I wanted, but realized it doesn't. I need it to show me the length of selection, the overall project length is useless to me. Is it possible for me to edit the device to show that instead, or is it locked down? I ask because I tried to edit itand I am not seeing the kind of stuff I'd have expected inside. I'm not sure if that's cause I am a noob, or if you did something because you don't want people editing it?

You can already get that information in Ableton. Just make a selection and then in the status bar down the bottom it’ll show you the length of the selection in bars and time. You could probably edit the device, all m4l devices can be, but I’m not sure what you’d need to change to make it do what you want.

@ yes, I am aware that info is at the bottom of the screen. I guess I should have been clearer, I need that duration info, but I like to work with a second window, with other info I need for my work, floating above Ableton. It is pinned to be always on top and covering up that clip view area as I don't need it. But I have to make it narrow, as I couldn't cover the duration info. I can't just raise the second window up, as it is very UI heavy and I am already saving space by dragging the window to a place that the lower UI is off-screen. So, if I wanted to move it up, I would then have to make it so short, I'd only have a sliver of work space. I really just wanted the duration at the top of the screen, but after days of messing around and not finding anything about it, I finally modified your plugin. Now, whenever I click anywhere, it sets the offset (that was tricky to set up) and by dragging backwards, I can get the info I wanted, albeit displayed as a negative number. LOL. Thanks anyway, hopefully it'll be useful. Just about to try using it for the first time.
