To know that you forever destroyed something so innocent, always thinking about what-ifs and how you could have just looked before sitting? And you know that one day you'll be over it, but first you have to figure out how to live with yourself for the next few days and that seems impossible.

Regular rats are less social with humans, aren't as nice to look at, communicate through screeching + have a larger area of their brain dedicated to language because of it. Was it a deliberate choice to have both of you wearing green shirts? I feel like it was a beautiful way to symbolically reflect the pain that both of you feel for the death of this poor hamster. The fact that Kevin is in a darker shade is an easy way to show that he is in a worse place than Joel after losing such a dear friend. Joel's lighter shade shows that while his grief can't match that of Kevin's he still has to face the emotion brought upon by his terrible deed. Wonderful video, 5/5 would sit on a hamster again.

I regretfully commited this sin when I was little. My cousin had a hamster for some time and one day I was there visiting, he had let the hamster out to roam around the bed without me knowing, and when I went to his room I jumped to lay on the bed with my back spread. I hadn't even realized what happened until my cousin screamed and told me to move. Nedless to say, the little guy did not survive. It was not a good day.

Had this friend at school.. Another kid asked if he could borrow his hamster, like it was a vhs or something. Hamster never came back. Whether it was an accident or malicious act could not be proven, but the hamster got killded.
