This was their greatest and penultimate short. It's after this was aired that Chris and Jack went on to become mega stars, the biggest producers, and world renowned directors. They made twenty-eight blockbuster marathon movies, the shortest of which is nine hours long. Then hardship hit them, they split over creative differences on their twenty-ninth movie and the world trembled. The legions of Chris fans and the hordes of Jack fans turned on one another, every country on earth, the moon, and even Elon Musk's weird Martian cult compound were rent by civil war. It took only two days before C&J returned, posting one last short, "We Need It Tomorrow", their ultimate masterpiece of healing and hope, the fans rejoiced and temporarily set aside their weapons to watch it. It was so powerfully moving, the human race became enlightened, and erased war and suffering forever more. What became of Chris and Jack? Some say they changed their names and returned to making shorts, but carefully disguised so as to preserve their anonymity. But still, even four centuries later, the true fans continue to swear they've found another "C&J Original", some niche short film buried away on a lost and overlooked video account. Debate is peacefully had, which never results in any final answers. Me? i think they ascended after that last short and became greater beings who guide us subtly into the Golden Future of the universe.

@@meapyboy12345 You should also read it if you like VNs, since it's the original material. I haven't watched the anime, but I heard it's a good adaptation.

The fact that these guys aren't signed with a major network or production company yet is criminal. Brilliant work again, Chris and Jack!

Fantastic sketch! I'm glad grandma also got her message, rest in peace 🕊️

The sharp tonal back and forth to portray their different perspectives is very clever. I know I've seen that heightened contrast before in sketches, but I'm not sure I've seen it used before as a technique specifically to differ between one character and another throughout the whole sketch, as a means of representing that one has a more sober down to earth view and the other has a heightened action movie view. I bet that sort of thing could be used to represent the difference between someone who has an anxiety disorder and someone who doesn't. Though in this case, it feels more like a representation of autism spectrum with a comedic twist; the one who takes things overly literally and the one who doesn't, but the twist is that the one who is normally out of place socially for doing that is actually the one who understood correctly. I may be reading more into it than intended, but cleverly done either way. :)

This was so incredibly good, I had seen some of your other shorts but this transcends what a KZbin video can and should be. If a KZbin video can be a masterpiece, this surely is.

That was an oscilloscope, not an interferometer, but you could use it like one by syncing up the laser pulses with a high presicion clock and comparing the difference in time between the pulses.
