If I had some software that would turn on/off asic miners based on how much power I have available I'd add one or two more. I started down that road but got frustrated. I have a 60amp breaker I'm running this one off of so I have a little capacity. And this T17 can be had pretty cheap, ha ha. I have it in the garage so most of the noise seems to be from the exhaust vents going outside. But I might try it and see if it quiets down since I can hear it when sitting on the back porch. Thank you!

@@BeeneEnergy You using solar assistant? Should be easy python script to get the values published and run a relay. I thinking they'll be cheaper after the halving, I might grab another s19, we have one, but I want one to experiment with.

@@BradCagle Yes I've got a solar assistant running. My stupid rs485 adapters keep kicking the bucket but I've got a different type on the way to get it back online. Do you think the ASIC's care just getting turned off and on with a switch? I was going to try and use a remote call to the interface to just turn off hashing but when i tried it wasn't working as expected. And fans still run in that scenario. Would be nice to just have each miner on a switch and I could cascade them off to manage my 100% state of charge of my battery :).

@@BeeneEnergy I don't think It's a problem just killing the power. I power cycle our ASICs all the time, never had an issue. The API call would be nice if you can get it to work though.

This kinda thing has always confused me, I just don't get it ??? do you have a vid that explains how to do it?
