Never been to Kingman wash in the "off" season. Might have to give it a try. I always tell my wife " I'm not worried about the animals, I'm worried about the people". When we were out at Lee canyon last time we had a gaggle of drunks come wandering into our camp at 9 O'clock at night. They realized it wasn't their camp and proceeded to walk around aimlessly in the woods for about an hour before they came full circle right back to our camp... Good times.

Pizza quesadilla looks great! I often use a tortilla base if I want to make a quick pizza, tastes really good. Also use it to make quick flammkuchen. Instead of tomato sauce, use some crème fraîche and top with lardons, red onion slices and Gruyère cheese.

Same! We do that at home too for a lower carb kinda pizza lol I had to look up Flamnkuchen and that looks amazing!!

That place gets absolutely packed when the weather is nice. Glad you could get there without the crowds. Next time try to pet one of those friendly dogs that were in the first part of the video 🤣🤣🤣🤣

Yes!! 🙌🏽 and i think the secret is making some kind of platform/area for the cast iron to sit evenly (and secure lol) with space underneath to add or remove coals

Yes I have! I led a Vegas Overland group out to Hiko and we stopped by Pahranagat ti stretch our legs and walk around the lake, awesome spot but the campground gets filled quick

Never lived in LV but your videos give me the general idea of what to look forward to in the upcoming year.

That’s awesome man! Congrats on the move🔥 check out Lee canyon/Mt Charleston or Lovell canyon for the spring/summer, those are our go to places within an hour. In 3 hours u got Williams AZ (one of our favorites now after visiting last year) or cedar breaks in UT

Hey Ed! Yes you can camp right on the water, there was actually a rig that was right there when I arrived. I’m not a huge fan of camping right on the water bec u definitely run into more bugs flying around lol
