Beginning to back through the course as I need to recertify by August this year. Forgot how good this course was. Anyone who reads this comment please don't fall for the courses/KZbin vids that have titles such as 'Pass your CCNA in just 6 weeks!'. Take your time and be consistent and you will pass. You can go over subjects/vids over and over until you feel you really understand it. Don't just think about getting the cert go in with the intention of wanting to learn no matter how long it takes.

Great video Jeremy. This is one of the best explanations of the OSI model I've seen. Just one suggestion. Although it is implied here, I think it's important to explicitly point out that every layer of the OSI model (and TCP/IP suite) is dependent on the layers below them to function. So in other words, if Layer 1 (Physical) fails, then nothing else above this layer can function. This seems obvious at Layer 1, but at the logical layers above the same applies (if Layer 3 fails then Layers 4-7 will also fail). At the same time, if a device functions at say Layer 3 (like a router) then by default it also functions at Layers 1 and 2. This also means that a PC functions at all layers of the OSI model. That graphic you found of data flow is EXCELLENT. Makes it so easy to understand.
