Thanks for the video. I found it helpful for the spots in the pattern where I had questions. However, I think you move too fast and don't pause long for stitch action/placement to be seen.

Hi Donna~ Thank you for your comment. I will try to slow down in the future...I have a habit of being a very fast talker. And I was worried about making the video too long to be able to upload to KZbin. I'll work to find a happy medium. :) In the meantime, if you ever have additional questions, don't hesitate to e-mail me. :)

In the pattern there are repeat "patterns" to be completed a number of times (depending on size) before reaching end of round. I find I cannot complete those repeat patterns...ever. What am I doing wrong? I'm doing the teen/small adult-75 sc initial round. I can only get 5 out of the 7 sets of repeats completed at the end of Round 2.

Hi Brenda~ I just posted a video about post stitch placement in rounds and in rows. My guess is that this is what's causing your repeats to be off. You can watch it here: kzbin.info/www/bejne/maKtf4V9lrSpeqc

I always have the same question when watching video tutorial? Do people watch them before uploading them? Because if they do they would soon realize ALL the things that are wrong, like out of frame, speed of talking and work. As well as questioning what is that I what to achieve with the video, teach or demonstrate how fast I work.

In round 2, where there are repeats, I do the hdc/4 fpdc four times, then the next set? Or do I do all one, then repeat?

A large portion of this video was frustrating to watch for a couple of reasons: your hands move low in the frame and your crochet work is actually barely visible, also you are going really fast through the initial showing of the pattern repeats without any pause. I don’t expect you to show each and every stitch how-to but a bit slower to show the pattern repeat would have been appreciated. I’ll still attempt making this but I’m not sure how useful this “companion video” really is going to be for me.
