Just about finished this. My best friend taught me the basic chain and single crochet stitch about 2 years ago and i was too nervous to try anything else. She tagged me in this video on Facebook and I finally decided, "What the heck! Just go for it!" So glad I did. This was the easiest project and your directions were clear and concise. What a great idea to add the elastic! I've always made these with a drawstring with pom poms on each end and while they look cute, this has a lovely clean line for those that don't like danglies. I'll definitely be making a few like this for family and friends - and one or two for me! Cheers!
