So many GREAT ideas -- I'll be stealing from you -- and this vid -- for years to come! I'm considering purchasing a spray-painting gun and compressor in the next six months -- would you consider creating a video teaching viewers what to look for when shopping for that particular equipment? All your vids are well-made, informative and shot with an eye on *showing* viewers rather than just telling us. If KZbin ever stages "Best Of the Year" instructional video awards YOU deserve an Oscar!

Looks like a great spray gun that did a beautiful job! What is the difference between the premium gun kit and the basic? Would you recommend the basic kit?
@SabsRehabs Жыл бұрын
The basic kit only comes with one nozzle size, no extra needles, no gauge and no water regulator. If you buy the basic I would recommend at least buying a few more nozzles because you need different sizes to spray primer, paint and topcoat. The premium has everything you need minus the adpater to your air hose and air compressor.

What size nozzles and air pressure did you use for primer , base coat, and top coat? Did you have to add anything to thin primer, base, or top coat enamel?
@SabsRehabs10 ай бұрын
The kit tells you what nozzles to use for what product you are spraying. I used the 1.7 and 1.3. My tool was set on 50 psi. And i only had to thin my primer a bit because it is super thick. The enamel paint doesn't need to be thinned.

It needs a compressor. It operates at 50 psi, so your tank needs to be able to hold that.
