Hi Rakesh this question has been explained elaborately pls remember equity prices can go upto zero only so whenever numerical question comes regarding falling prices it will never be unlimited.answet will he unlimited only when it is asked without any numbers a general one.

No d cannot be the answer . Reason : an option can turn ITM before the expiry also and in that case itm option premium will consist of two component one intrinsic value other time value. Why c : even if option turns ITM on expiry with zero time value then also it will have positive intrinsic value.
