On S5 I have tension issues when I use a different weight if thread in the bobbin and needle. Help!

We are sorry to hear about this issue Carrol. When using different thread and fabric weights you may have to adjust the tension, please refer to page 12 of your instruction manual for how to balance. If you continue to have difficulty, please contact your local authorized Janome dealer for assessment.

I am unable to attach the free motion quilting foot to my Memorycraft 6600P. The top part of the foot intereferes with shank connection for the Acufeed, preventing the foot from matching up with the screw hole. What's wrong? Please help.

I have an older Janome MC 9500, and I don't know which of those two types of free motion feet attach to my machine, or in the case of this video, to which of the two machines- the S9 or the 6700, they attach? Can the two of them be attached to any of the machines? The Lady doesn't say anything about that, and I am asking because of the height of the shank- low shank or high shank- which one I use? The Janome site says nothing, and many machines use different ones, like the MC 15000, and that one can not be used on the MC 9500.
