It is so wonderful to see this in real time. I often think I have to go much faster, because that's how I see the KZbin videos (which are usually sped up.) Thank you!

Thank you for your comment! I try to avoid it. I prefer to cut out some parts of the video if the pattern repeats all the time (not this one). I admit I quilt a bit faster when not recording. I am not a big fan of the sped up videos. THey give the impression that it is all fast and easy. In reality it is not difficult but it takes time. And that it is the most beatiful thing about quilting. We can slow down in this crazy world❤

Love the texture. Also I love the fact that quilting is universal. It’s great to see text in German as well. I am actually in Australia. Please keep the videos coming.

I am actually Polish :) Quilting is getting more popular in Europe. There are great quilters here in Germany, in Poland, in Switzerland. For me it is more a lifestyle. Thank you for your comment. the videos will keep coming :)

What a brilliant variation on a meander. I shall share this to my longarm group as the ideas will work on any set up.

Please do that! Most of the designs work on both types of the machines. The differences are in the size of the designs, preffered directionality and in a way approach to the design itself. On a long arm you have much better view how your design and secondary pattern will work. On a domestic machine you can get lost in the detail, as you work on one small section at a time

I have such a hard time with my stitching when I get near the edges....I think it's because it's hard to hold onto?
@quiltingnerd Жыл бұрын
Absolutely. IWe tend to use every scrap of fabric, but we need something to hold to have more control. I noticed that too and it means I have the same tendency ;)❤❤❤
