Free Murray Lawnmower brought back to life, Briggs & Stratton Repair, Cleaning Lawn Mower engine fix

In this video I bring an older Murray lawn mower back to life after sitting for a few years. I got this one free and was told it doesn't work. Once it was running and cleaned up it looked great.

You'll have less problem starting it , by simply letting it run for awhile rather than constantly shutting it down. Letting them run awhile helps "clear " whatever junk was in engine from sitting

Very true. But no one wants to watch a video of an engine running for extended periods of time.

That's a damn good looking mower for it's age... If I had to guess I'd say it's an early 90's with a briggs quantum engine. I'd personally change the oil.

Short cuts are not the way to go take it off and do it right like I said take it off and do it right not only that but you got a lot of vibration till you got a bent blade or crankshaft
