Sadly not. It is a limitation from Google in the sense that we cannot interact with the page until the form itself is submitted. Most sellers just monitor the connected spreadsheet to ensure the orders move to the paid status. You can turn on automatic payment reminders which go out after 24 hours. If there is any information you do not want people to see until after payment is made you can put it in the "Paid Message" which will only show when the order has been paid.

Yes. 👍 The main thing to remember though is that customers need to complete the Google form and the payment information on their own mobile phone. So to get them the Google Form link easily, The best thing to do is after you setup your form. You can use a a QR code generator and insert your Google form link, so that when people scan the QR it takes them right to your deposit form. After a subscription is setup, to cancel, pause, or change it, you will need to login to your payment providers website (PayPal, Stripe, or Square) and locate the subscription and update it there. Different payment providers may offer slightly different options.

When you start with the form you have a master form and you copy from that master form and then send it to the client?

Most of our customers will make their Google form, and add items to it that the customers can select. When you are making a Google form it is in “edit mode” you can see and change the questions and answers ect. When you have tested it, and are ready to send it to the clients, simply click the send button in the tool bar, or the eyeball and copy that link. This is the “view” mode of your form. With the same link, many customers can fill out the same form with different Information. You do not need to make a different form for each client.

Sadly not. We wish we could, but due to limitations by Google we can’t change the user interface or add any scripts to the confirmation page. So we have to use the plain text transition link. Not to worry though if your customers miss it, they also get an email with the link to pay in their inbox, and you can turn on reminders, which will send them an additional email after 24 hours.

We agree with you. If we could have built it without that extra click we would have. Sadly it’s a limitation of Google Forms, you cannot modify the actual form flow or user interface itself.

Brilliant video... the only thing I don't like is the Payable app. These are the permissions you need to give it to work: 1. See, edit, create, and delete all your Google Sheets spreadsheets... 2. View and manage your forms in Google Drive... 3. Connect to an external service... 4. Send email AS YOU... 5. Allow this application to run when you are not present... 6. Create and update Google Apps Scrips projects... 7. Display and run third-party web content in prompts and sidebars inside Google applications... That's a NO from me!!!

Sadly not since the confirmation message is the same no matter which product is purchased. Typically our users will have to setup a different form for each digital product at this point in time. We are working on a new product which will help solve for this in the future. Should be ready in the next few months.

Hey there - That's weird. Some tips: Make sure you are using Google Chrome as your web browser. Try doing file, new incognito window, in chrome to make sure you are not logged in with multiple Google Accounts in the same browser. I have a googl form that I send to the client with the contract link once they fill out the form and agree to the contract they click and submit the form it supost to take them to the payable but some customers will say that after submiting the form they get a blank page and other say it takes them to a page that tells them they have to wait for aproval. Now I want to go on a limb and say that maybe I have to make a whole new form every time? if thats the case then it doesnt work having to do that for every customer it will take a lot of time.

Hey there. You do not need to create a new Google Form for each client, you can re-use your existing Google Form. Sadly we do not have a way to automate deposits, and follow up payments with our software. Each google form submission creates a new order, based on the prices selected in the Google form. If you wish to do deposits, some customers will create 2 forms, the first form is designed to be filled out by the customer submit their information, and select the price for the deposit, and then pay for the deposit. The second form is a form you can fill out yourself with your customers email address, to send the follow up order to them. If you require multi-payment orders with automatic follow ups, it might be better to look into more advanced invoicing through SquareUp.com

Yes, as soon as the form is submitted, an order is created and they will get an email with the order-id and a link to their unique order. Before the order is paid the link and order will show a checkout. After the order is paid the link will show their receipt. If you use PayPal or Stripe as your payment provider, when test-mode is off they will also receive a payment receipt from the payment provider directly.

Hey there, Check out enabling the new Advanced Confirmation Emails in the Notification settings of the sidebar: help.payableapps.com/en/article/payable-forms-advanced-email-capabilities-141qxbj/ After the user submits your form they will get an email with a QR code on it and a unique order ID. Typically this email and the link inside it can act as the "ticket" . If you scan the QR code from the email with your phone, it will take you to their order page, where you can see what they ordered and if it has been paid correctly. PayPal and Stripe send a Payment Receipt after payment, but we typically use the Order Created email as the ticket.

Sadly it's not possible for our add-on to get any of the data from Google until the form is submitted. So it is a a 2 step process where the user submits the form, and then they will make payment. Most of our sellers will just monitor their google sheet, and look at the paid column, to confirm that an order has moved into the paid status. One benefit of this method is that sellers are able to follow up and reach out to any customers who might have abandoned their order, but still get their contact information for the future.
