this is wonderful - i have a very hyperviligent mind. When things are in crisis i cope ridiculously well- - - - unless - it isn't my problem to solve. I think this should be my new daily meditation - seriously - i had never thought of 'self fulfilling prophecy ' as being something that could be positive - so there was a 'hello' for me.

Thank you Forrest. This is so needed today for all of us. Appreciate revealing the technology behind what I have been doing all my life to create any important event the way I wanted to happen. Dear Forrest, thanks for sharing this knowledge. I do have little anxiety and overthinking problem. Although I write down all the future circumstances but this positive thinking approach in series of events has actually helped me. I am going to use this technique every time whenever I feel worried about something.Thanks once again. God bless you.

It is not that simple, it needs lot of practice and life energies. This what i think, first find the thought that creates the anxiety (future/present/past)and then focus on the chemicals that anxiety is creating in your heart, which inturn create positive or negative emotion. Then dissolve the thought that creates this chemical, (how? Simply by continuous focusing on the thought using your life energies - practice yoga) which is nothing but emotions, inturn neutralize the emotion.

I appreciate your comment. Time Line Therapy and the release of all Anxiety is not my technique. I learned this from Tad James who invented the technique. So, this isn't something that I think will work. This is a technique that works every single time. When you know how to do it, and you follow all the parameters, it works every single time. That's very important to understand about TLT.

I have an opinion that more attachments we have more active is the unconscious mind, more sensitive we are towards negative events and more prone to anxiety. Do you agree?

@@EnternalQuest by deleting all of the negative emotions around the attachment. I have a video on timeline therapy where I walk through the process and you can watch that and follow along after you detect what the negative emotions are around that specific attachment.
