Retracts are a cool looking option, for sure. That would need for some modifications, as the wings are magnetically attached to the side and can be easily removed. So I opted for a removable landing gear, which I left out for the tall, soft grass on this film.

The covering is Oratex fabric foil, color antique. All additional colors (green and orange) are sticky vinyl foil Oracal 751C.

Great plane!! Waiting anxious for the release of the plan.. When is the release date of January issue flugmodell magazine!!!? I know it could sound weird but.... How do you think a twin fuselage twin engine Wiesel could fly.....?

You're right: that's weird. 😁 But what would it all be without weird ideas...?! You could test that easily with an easy model out of depron, perhaps. Another great plane.!!! Hilmar, i want to build a small plane that i can take on vacation...i fould you Valise but i could not find any video showing how wings are split in half for transportation.....any advise on where can i find a video of this? o perhaps you can advice other machamisms to disassemble the wings in half from other model? any help is appreciated!

Usually, the wings are joined by a steel rod, either bent to a v-angle, or it's left straight because the v-joint is built within the accomodation tube's position inside the wing spar. I'd recommed studying some of my build plans of splitted wing airplanes from my website www.lange-flugzeit.de, The build techniques are not that difficult. @@HilmarLange Do you use PATTEX repair extreme gel glue for all the joints of just for those with metal? Is it better thank UHU POR or EPOXY? Thanks

@@alexherrera3918 I prefer Pattex Repair over 5-min-Epoxy. Epoxy gets brittle by the time, while Pattex Repair doesn't. It also adheres excellently to difficult materials such as aluminum. UHU por is susceptible to UV light, so over the years it will become yellow and brittle too.
