Such a good debate. Not something I would normally give up an hour and half to listen to but have ended up ordering the book. Wouldn't get to hear this in the MSM who have become lazy commentators masquerading as journalists. Real journalism requires real debate from people who have put in the time to understand it. Liked the point that Rugby is a Collision sport not a contact sport and the fact that gay people are having to come out of retirement to re-defend their position. I worry about what young people are being taught but more importantly what they subsequently believe and internalise as they will not be able to articulate their way out of it if they later dont believe in it.

Because this fact is shared by the vast majority of the population. The pushback will be huge and many will feel relieved to be able to express their (not transphobic) opinion. I am concerned that there may be a backlash against genuine transexual people and those in the gay communities and I hope that this doesn't happen. We must ensure that it does not.

Fantastic and important conversation, I’ll be buying Helen’s book. I do not understand why the Trans activists are so against the truth, they should be upset about all the lies that are told not about long understood biological truths. I have an adult son, he loved wrestling and we used to rough and tumble when he was a child, I have a clear memory of him being able to over power me when he was 11 years old, he was shorter and lighter in weight than me but his male physicality was already dominant. I hold no delusions about my physical limitations as a woman in comparison to men, this realisation doesn’t upset me it’s just life.
