I think something helpful to include for a question like this if you don’t have the knowledge to match symptom to diagnosis, if you identify it’s a pneumo mediastinum you can think critically about the wording of answer choices. For air to escape you would need some kind of hole/opening. Transmural rupture is the only one that meets that! That kind of thinking is frequently how USMLE tests, they don’t necessarily want us to know these nitpicky diagnoses

Was wondering if there is any way you can make a video with ways to remember the shapes and characteristics of the RNA and DNA viruses (i.e. encapsulated vs not, and pos/neg sense and subtypes of each) cause the tables in first aid and stuff on sketchy is very hard to retain. I was also wondering if you can create a pharm video for all the antibiotics please🙏🙏🙏

Mackler triad : 1. vomiting 2. thoracic pain 3. subcutaneous emphysema occur in only about 25 - 50 % of cases of Boerhaave syndrome .

@@HT.100 I have to agree with you about that ! Diagnosing such case through CT scan images requires expert radiologist skills beyond the scope of USMLE test takers !
