When some people upset you or trigger you on a consistent way,is it better to build boundaries to avoid such people?

Yes, generally. Analyze too just why you're triggered.

"no offense if you're an investment banker" 😂 but not... "No offense if you're homeless or a heroin addict" 🤭🤷. They're the same. Different ends of the same stick. One owns their not good enough. The other is hiding it. How is the "investment banker" any different? Let's accept them both (love them right where they are)... And offend them both (so they can both move into feeling like they're enough). 💙
