Today I had a "Peter Crone Day" -- how great to be able to go from podcast to podcast with various interviewers to hear this gifted human being. Some of his "Aha Moments" we need to hear again and again as while they make so much sense they are easy to forget (unless we write them down.) Thanks, Ed Mylett for having Peter Crone on your show -- looking forward to the next time!

This is the type of episode where watching it from start to finish is not sufficient. There are so many valuable nuggets of information in here that you won't be able to harness them all by watching it just one time. This episode needs to be watched 2-3 times, if not more. Amazing. Thank you 🙏

This episode was great. Not to be judgmental or harsh on self or others. Acceptance...as St Francis of Assisi declared: Teach me to accept the things I can’t chane and to change the things I can and the wisdom to know the difference.😊
@edwinromilly4645 Жыл бұрын
Wow that was soooo Amazing so much combined into a Epiphany of freedom- 1/When someone treats you like you’re just one of many options, help them narrow their choice by removing yourself from the equation. Sometimes you have to try not to care, no matter how much you do. Because sometimes you can mean almost nothing to someone who means so much to you. It’s not pride - it’s self-respect. Don’t expect to see positive changes in your life if you surround yourself with negative people. Don’t give part-time people a full-time position in your life. Know your value and what you have to offer. 2/Some things just don’t matter much - like the kind of car you drive. How big of a deal is that in the grand scheme of life? Not a big deal at all. But lifting a person’s heart? Now that matters! The whole problem with most people is, they KNOW what matters, but they don’t CHOOSE it. They get distracted. They don’t put first things first. Don’t be one of them! The hardest and smartest way to live is choosing what truly matters, and pursuing it a little bit every day. 3/Let someone love you just the way you are - as flawed as you might be, as unattractive as you sometimes feel, and as unaccomplished as you think you are. Yes, let someone love you despite all of this, and let that someone be YOU. 4/Be confident being YOU. We often waste too much time comparing ourselves to others, and wishing to be something we’re not. Everybody has their own strengths and weaknesses, and it is only when we accept everything we are, and aren’t, that we are able to become who we are truly capable of being. 5/You were born to be real, not to be perfect. You’re here to be YOU, not to be what someone else wants you to be. So stand up for yourself, look them in the eye when you must, and say, “Don’t judge me until you know me, don’t underestimate me until you challenge me fairly, and don’t talk about me until you’ve talked to me.” 6/You can’t expect to change people. Either you accept who they are, or you start living your life without them. And just because something ends, doesn’t mean it never should have been. You lived, you learned, you grew, and you moved on. Some people and situations come into your life as blessings, while others come into your life as lessons. 7/How do you build credibility? It’s not rocket science. Be honest. Follow through. Honor your word. Say sorry. Listen. Be kind and respectful. And remember that when you’re in a healthy relationship, being faithful on a daily basis isn’t a sacrifice, it’s a joy. Seriously, do not underestimate the power of a loving touch, a kind word, or an honest compliment, all of which have the power to turn a life around. 8/Don’t get to the end of your life and find that you lived only the length of it; live the width of it as well. When it comes to living as a passionate, inspired human being, the only challenge greater than learning to walk a mile in someone else’s shoes, is learning to walk a lifetime comfortably in your own. Follow your heart and take your brain with you. When you are truly comfortable in your own skin, not everyone will like you, but you won’t care about it one bit. 9 Strength shows not only in the ability to hold on, but in the ability to start over when you must. It is never too late to become what you might have been. Keep learning, adapting, and growing. You may not be there yet, but you are closer than you were yesterday. So keep going, and be low-key sometimes. You don’t need to put everything on social media. Silently progress and let your positive actions speak for themselves. 10/Do your best to live a life that moves, shakes, and makes you laugh out loud every day. Because you don’t want to get to the end, or to tomorrow even, and realize that your life is a collection of meetings and “somedays” and errands and receipts and empty promises. take the lighter path,Have fun,give back,Raise your vibration,Max out your Life,Love is one dissolving agent that will wash away all your sorrows.

38:00 forever I'm indebted to you and you insightful shows. Ed, you are an amazing person ❤️ I can't thank you enough for doing what you are doing for all of us. Keep going 💪 this is from an almost 60 year younge Persian woman who left Iran 33 years ago and made Canada her new home. Even though I lived in Iran during the Revolution 1979, and the Iraq War in 80s, went through an abusive arranged marriage, divorce in Iran with the Muslim laws in my 20s, with a son who was taken away from me to another country without my knowledge 😢, I still could think clear to get myself out to look for him. I found him at the age 16 and now 39 years old handsome AI scientist and a CEO just visited me in Canada. I never ever doubted for a second I won't have what I have today if it wasn't for my years of believing, practicing, and being in charge of my own happiness and peace in my life. I made what I have and as little as it is, I love it since I never compare myself to anyone here in Canada or back in Iran. Yes we are all unique person who are here to learn from our experiences and then help someone else in distress. God bless you ED. I love you so much 💗 💓

This is getting a second and third listening too. Once was definitely not enough. All of the experiences, the painful ones, the ones where I “gave a shit”- CARED too much, are something to be proud of.... I’ve been in political office and caring too much did what I thought was a “wrecking” of my life. I see now that yes, the experience sucked. But caring made it part of what I will become. My integrity is intact. I lived in that “fight” mode to survive. It wasn’t a bad thing apparently, as long as we don’t live there forever. I’ve owned multiple businesses and caring too much (helping others be their best) has made me open another one after swearing I would “never” do that again. I just cannot believe how much this spoke to me. Leadership and caring are my SUPERPOWERS. Wow. Wow. Wow. Notepad out and downloaded. I just keep shaking my head in amazement. Thanks you two!

Giving up doesn’t always mean you’re weak, sometimes it means you are strong enough and smart enough to let go and move on to a better place. 2. Sometimes good things fall apart so better things can fall together.DON’T try calm the storm,Calm yourself first of the storm will pass 3. When you stop chasing the wrong things you give the right things a chance to catch you. 4. Crying doesn’t indicate that you’re weak. Since birth, it has always been a sign that you are alive and full of present potential. 5. No matter how many mistakes you make or how slow you progress, you are still way ahead of everyone who isn’t trying. 6. When other people treat you poorly, keep being you. Don’t ever let someone else’s bitterness or ignorance change the person you are. 7. Spend more time with those who see your worth, and less time with those who you feel pressured to impress... And whatever you do, don't wait around too long for things to change. New paths are made by walking, not waiting. And no, you shouldn’t feel any more confident before you take the next step. Taking the next step is what gradually builds your confidence. much peace🕊

Thank you for reiterating what I have believed all my life. When I share my childhood story and people close to me feel guilty or sorrow I have always said (since I was 16 years old) What happened to me made me who I am, and you know what, I like who I am today. I'm not perfect but I'm loving, I'm honest, I'm helpful. I live my life now accepting my reality and improving daily.

You can't change your history but you can change your narrative about it just gave me an instant revelation as I heard you speak those words! I wasn't even thinking about the subject so my spirit must've wanted me to hear it to free me. My family became involved in horrible drama against each other regarding my mother and her money and possessions at the end of her life. Funny thing is my mother never had much money and always struggled until late in life. Anyway, I always told the story in my head that my siblings were a bunch of greedy back stabbers who only cared about themselves. But as soon as I heard you say that it instantly changed to my siblings cared deeply for my mother. Thank you!

Much of this, certainly not all of it, have been concepts that have enabled me to gain perspective while overcoming tumultuous times. With this said, it is so easy for this “reality” to begin to go out of focus due to challenges arising that appear to be insurmountable. Thank you Ed!!! This is so timely for so many....

This is one of the BEST interviews EVER! I just listened to it twice. Peter Crone is phenomenal in portraying his method of thinking. I just wrote down many pearls of wisdom and already feel that I have made a mental change regarding my past and my future. What really resonates with me is that I have unfinished business/I'm not completely free yet in certain areas of my life (I still have some resistance) even though I'm always working to improve myself. It's interesting that most people behave from a place of not being enough, even many very successful rich people. We're all united in many basic psychological patterns just as we are in covid. Thanks Ed for all of your extraordinary content on all of your social media! #MAXOUT from Israel

#PeterCrone you have really been someone who is helping indirectly to find that place where life is presenting me where I’m not free.. and the suffering is way way more than me. I want to know what it is.. I listen to you with others and it starts to build up and just as I feel like I’m close.. it goes!! 😥😪it F horrible.. it’s had me on cliffs screaming I can’t do this anymore I don’t understand what it is to bloody move. Screaming like a mad woman.. I’m trapped within myself and I can’t see what it is.. I have less than 4 weeks left and if I can’t find a way to get this out so I can remove myself to go get a job. .. then I’m out... there’s no more hand outs for help . I promised I wouldn’t come here again. But it’s here . Fear of what how to do what how to listen and hear so it works and I can step out of what?? I feel like my brain has just gone.. I can’t remember sometimes what happened yesterday or how to spell a word. I was a happy full of life person .. Now I’m standing or sitting in the floor of my home .. begging something someone to help me figure it out before it’s too late.. That photo of me .. is weeks before life changed 100%.. the last of my smile.. God I just want to fix myself and be better!! Peter Crone if your out there I’m here with just a simple phone and my dog watching everything ...you! Hoping you will help this to go. God 🙏🏼tonight let that man Peter hear ,read ,see this .. please.. Those who can afford this man you are so DAM LUCKY!! I hope you never abuse the gifts he gives you to find ur selves again.. 381

Your happiness lies in the future - and you have to commit to keep on keeping on... First - Change your state to ensure your judgement is balanced. To do this, watch some comedy, look at beautiful art, walk in nature - Then imagine someone else had your issue. Give THAT person advice. Imagine you are Ed Mylett. What advice would HE give (each day)? Life is amazing - and you have to notice it in the chaos. Also - look for the gift (this is a tough one) in any adversity. Ask - WHY is this FOR me? And commit to finding a positive outcome And talk to a (real) friend Lastly, think of a time you giggled uncontrollably... ;-)

Hi everyone, hope this video was insightful and shifted perspectives ! I so often wonder if individuals get lost in the “how to” to actually apply and have these messages stick and be an automatic response to life without having to place effort. I use to listen to videos and they never had a profound change that I was seeking. I would listen and understand the concept but that’s as far as it would go for me, just a great concept. Now 2 years after my own personal awakening, I found the depths to which what people are sharing, ((those with intentions of pure love)), like Peter, dispenza, Lipton, and so many more , can really change your entire inner world.... this then reflecting into and spilling over to your outer world! And Maxout is giving it all for free ( love breeds love) The best way you try out and have these videos shift your inner world is to take the quotes that resonated with your soul, like a sudden lightbulb, or a ha moment. Those are indications of your spirit accepting the information as truth. Write those down. Then make space and time to be in a meditation with the quotes, take the quotes and mantra them. Apply them to situations that you find resistance in your own personal life.to Really sit with the quotes and meditate on them. Feel into the quote. For example “life will bring people and circumstances into your life to which in that you are not free ...(please look at the video and take Peters word by word, I butchered it a bit) “ That quote is a good one for me to reflect on. To really ask myself “ what is Life showing me with this situation? “- my relationships use to be from a fear base insecure place due to a narrative I built from childhood memories. Life was showing me I was not free from the fear of infidelity- until I shifted my narrative and it set me free- thus then experiencing my first awakening. It is true- all things in your life are reflections. Taking those quotes- saying them over and over (mantra) and really dissecting, studying, meditating with them will open you deeper. They will no longer be a great concept, you will it to become a programmed belief that becomes your way of life into seeing differently that will have you experiencing differently !! Hope that helps on how to actually have these amazing profound messages truly shift your life !
