I have kept Altroz for Some time, due to a minor accident Bumper and fender got a minor scratches for that they taken months and later I regretted thinking that why I have given this car to Tata service centre. Completely depends on your requirements. Self evaluate the cost of the features if you can get those upgrades in Pure S and then decide on the model. One issue with TATA is that few upgrades are model specific. They don't come even if you plan to have it company fitted

I think u should not go for this as I also had bought xcent in 2020 nov 1.20 lak kms driven and I further drove it to 1.37lak kms and sold it to a dealer who then have done some cosmetic changes reduced the meter back to 1.22lak kms and told the new owner that the previous owner(me) didn't drive much and he bought that car and finally that car had many problems
