Can you do a full/complete note including the template that you have so that we can understand how to insert our own templates. Can you show how the Spanish conversuon system works.

The template I use is though my charting system and pulls over the patient's past medical history, med list etc. What is your email address and I can send it to you. I also use a lot of smart phrases which can be viewed here. npchartingschool.com/smart-phrases-for-nurse-practitioners/

Have you heard of any pediatric PTs using this? I have 60 minute sessions and don’t always say what assistance I’m using out loud and font really say exact activities I’m doing.

I do have a "normal exam" on a template within my charting system. So I use the "normal exam" and change for anything abnormal. I am not sure if your charting system allows this, but might be helpful to you!
