MAY I ASK HOW THE EARS ARE NOT POOPING CAUSE OF THE PRESSURE ?, I LOVE TO WATCH FREEDIVING AN STUFF LIKE THAT AND I WOULD LIKE TO FREE DIVING BUT CAN U GUYS EXPLAIN IF THERE IS SOME TECHNIQUE OR SOMETHING TO REDUCE TE PRESSURE TO THE EARS MAYBE ?

Thank you for your comment, Gabriel. Yes, In order to increase depth we need to equalize the airspace in our inner ear. As all the air spaces compress due to the increasing pressure, so does air in middle ear. This is the reason why we need to equalize the air pressure inside our ears, so it does not squeeze our eardrums. There are few different techniques to do it, depending mainly on the depths we wish to dive. Usually the first technique we usually learn is the Valsalva maneuver, done simply by pinching our nose and pushing the air through our nasal cavities to middle ear. In order to keep the pressure equalized, we need to continuously keep doing it while the depth and pressure increases. There are also more advanced techniques to do it, for example: frenzel, mouthfill or hands-free. All of these techniques require a lot of practice and should be done easily during our actions, without taking the risk of damaging our eardrums. Dive safe!

@williamdunn1000
@williamdunn1000 Жыл бұрын
no, porque durante la apnea, el cuerpo no esta en las profundidades por bastante tiempo, entonces no hay tiempo por el nitrogeno de acumular en el cuerpo (y salir cuando se sube)

Nice. Work on your streamlining when coming up

@@aimLess097 Streamlining is a term when your body is positioned where it has least water resistance. The comment was ironic, meaning the freediver should practice on his position. A good streamline position is to keep arms straight above head, head looking straightforward related to the body. Have a straight posture and don't bend the knees much.

@@kenugget9593 Bro with more than 20m depth you don't stretch your arms, or any other part of your body.

@@sangarooncheamsawat4539 I didn't say anything about that you have to do that below 20 meters. I just tried to explain what streamlining is. Yes, when you enter freefall, then it's not necessary to keep hands above head as you say.

@@kenugget9593 Wow after a year and I still got a reply, Thanks Bro. My friend once has a serious diaphragm overstretch (torn) injury when he turns at 30M and stretches his arms overhead for perfect streaming. Don't want it to happen to anyone else. Thanks for your clarification.

問題1.利用手當指標 往下 已經造成阻力 問題二 下去後直接急著撥手 再加上錯誤撥手方式 問題3 並沒用全身打直 蛙鞋入水 後在撥手 推進力後在踢腳
