Freediving for MASSIVE SCALLOPS & CRAYFISH - Spearfishing Tasmanian coastline - Ep12

Welcome back everyone. This episode Mike and I head down the Tasman Peninsula prospecting for a new Scallop bed and end up in the local honey hole. We did some free diving for Scallops then headed back up the coast for some spearfishing and Crayfish hunting. Sick vid is there many fish species to shoot down there. notice not much footage out there. I’m Currently in qld so we have the reef. Or is mainly better to go for lobsters, scallops, abalone. How come ppl arnt shooting snapper they sitting too deep ? Cheers

Hey mate cheers for the support💪 So I've only just started getting into the spear scene down here, we definitely don't have the fish on offer which you have out there on the reef. Although its still pretty fun with the smaller species. ✌🐟

It is aye, so much more rewarding than scuba or hookah diving. The only downside is you cant go to the bottom and half an hour to relax and meditate haha
