Well, Avantasia may not have made it through the preselection, but now that Germany is selecting its participant for Eurovision internally, you guys should totally try! ^^ It has always been the perfect mixture of mainstream-catchy melodies, bombast / epicness, great vocals... while not being afraid of adding the occasional cringe factor :P . That kind of craziness mixed with clearly identifiable musical quality is precisely what a good Eurovision participant needs! Plus... when you started that guitar solo, it totally sounded like it was going to be the Eurovision anthem...
