on one side the chapter is talking about that freedom is absence of external constraints and on the other hand it is talking about constraints are necessary and without constraints society will go into chaos...ye baat samajh nhi aayi, kyunki book should say that freedom is absence of unjust constraints or freedom is about minimum restrictions, it cannot be absence of any external constraints...because law is also external...
