One of the vocal tutors at my University used to go to University with him and a friend of hers lived with him if I remember correctly. She once told me he would skip out on most social gatherings to play and practice drums all day, ever day and showing off the sick solos he learned in the evenings...that amount of discipline is perhaps even more impressive to me 😂

Wow, just amazing playing! Great job! A few years ago I saw him in person at a drum clinic he put on in Michigan, I sat right in front of his kick drum! To this day I can still feel the amazing presence he and his kit have. A truly memorable experience! Technical monster! AAA+++
